eConsults and Covid-19 Vaccination Status

Online consultations (eConsults) available during normal working hours

The online consultation service will be available during working hours and will be switched off ‘out of hours’ during the following time periods:-
Weekdays: Mon-Friday 6.30pm to 8.00am Weekends: Friday 6.30pm to Mon 8.00 am 
Patients can expect responses to their requests within 48-72 hours, however this may be longer or vary depending on the current level of demand.
Self-help, signposting to local services and long-term care reviews will still remain available via eConsult when the online consultation service is switched off. 
Patients can seek clinical help if they need advice during the times the service is switched off by calling 111.

COVID-19 Vaccination Status for travelling abroad

You can access your COVID-19 vaccination status through the free NHS App from May 17th via your smartphone or tablet. Proof of vaccination will be shown within the NHS App. Please register with the NHS App before booking international travel.
